Reach the team
Email hello@blackcablondontours.com and you will hear back within two working days. We do not take bookings ourselves, hold your payment or dispatch a cab — every booking is made on the operator's own platform, which is also where a cancellation or a refund is handled.
Booked a tour and something has changed?
Go to the confirmation email from the platform you booked through. It carries the operator's own contact details, the pickup arrangement and the cancellation window, and it is the only channel that can change a reservation. We can tell you what a listing said on the day we captured it; we cannot alter a booking or send a driver.
Where these tours operate
Central London
There is no address to visit. Every tour listed here is a licensed taxi that comes to you, so the operating area is the answer instead of a door: the central London postcodes, with one operator adding Heathrow and London City and two excluding airports altogether.
Address used for the map
Trafalgar Square, London WC2N 5DN, United Kingdom — the conventional centre point of the city, used here to place the map. It is not a meeting point.
Hours
The tours run to the times you agree with your operator, from early-morning starts timed for the Changing of the Guard to after-dark Christmas runs. There is no ticket office and nothing opens or closes. The pickup zone and its edges are set out on the pickup and routes page.
Corrections
If a price, a pickup rule or an inclusion on these pages has moved, tell us and it gets fixed. Everything here was captured on 2026-09-08 and rechecked on a schedule, but operators change their published figures between those checks.
